January Regular Meeting Agenda Item #36 Item Title Human Resources - Special Actions A (Revised) Issue/Rationale MS appealed the Board's approval of the Superintendent's recommendation that he be terminated for cause.   The hearing officer, Carol Studdard, after full hearing, has signed a Recommended Order affirming the termination of MS and denying his appeal.   MS has filed Exceptions to the Recommneded Order.  It is up to the full Board to either grant his appeal, reject the appeal, adopt or reject Mrs. Studdard's Recommended Order, and accept or reject respondents Exceptions to the Recommended Order.  Recommended Action Reject the respondent's Exceptions and adopt the Recommended Order as a final order.  Financial Impact None Submitted By J.
